How this started
The name came first. Everything else followed from it.

Pa Todos means for everyone. We picked it because most coffee shops quietly decide who they are for, and we did not want to be one of those.
So the menu is short and the prices are on the wall. You do not have to know anything about coffee to order well here. Tell us what you usually drink and we will find you something close to it.
If you do know a lot about coffee, ask. We will tell you the farm, the process and what we changed on the espresso this morning.
Why we keep it small
Small batches are a practical choice, not a romantic one.
We taste everything
A batch is only as big as what we can cup before it goes out. If it is not right, it does not reach the counter. That is easier to promise when the batch is small.
The menu stays honest
A short list means we make all of it well. When something stops being good, it comes off the board instead of sitting there out of habit.

Transparency
We buy from four farms. Here is who grows the coffee, so you know where your money goes.
Jake and Mya Arando
Jake and Mya run the washing station. Every cherry they send us is floated and sorted by hand the same day it comes off the tree.
Kai Valentino
Kai walks his rows every morning before the heat. He decides what gets picked that day and what waits another week.
The Sterlings
The Sterlings farm a small plot as a family. Their daughter can already tell you which cherries are ready and which ones are not.
Yuki Nakamura
Yuki has picked by hand for forty years. He takes only the red ones and leaves the rest for the next pass, which is slower and better.
Demo Grower names come from the supplied photos. The descriptions are written to match what is in each picture.
