Coffee made for everyone.
That is what Pa Todos means, and it is the whole idea. A small counter, a short menu, and beans we roast here in batches we can taste before any of it reaches you.
We are not trying to be the most technical shop in the city. We are trying to be the one you can walk into without knowing anything, order something you end up liking, and come back to on a Tuesday because the room is good and nobody rushed you.
Everything on the board is made the same way whether you order it at seven in the morning or ten minutes before close. That is most of what we have to say about ourselves.
What we do
Three things, done properly, every day.
Coffee
Espresso, filter and cold brew from beans we roast in small batches. Ask what is on this week and we will pour you a taste.
Pastry
Baked each morning and out by the afternoon. Croissants, conchas, banana bread. When it is gone, it is gone.
A place to sit
A window counter, a few tables, and no one watching how long you stay. Wifi is free and the plugs work.

Come sit down
Mornings are busy and loud. Afternoons are quiet enough to read.
We kept the room simple on purpose. Good light, a long counter by the window, and enough space between the tables that you are not in anyone's conversation.
FAQ
Questions we actually get
Asked at the counter, more than once, with a straight face.
Can I stay here for four hours on one coffee?
Yes. We have watched people write entire dissertations on a single cortado. The wifi is free and the plugs work. If we get slammed at noon we might give you a look, but it will be a friendly look.
Do you have oat milk, and will you charge me for it?
Yes, and no. Oat, whole, or none, same price. Charging extra for oat milk is a small unkindness and we have decided not to participate.
What does Pa Todos actually mean?
For everybody. It is the whole business plan in two words. If you ever feel like this place is not for you, we have failed at the one thing we set out to do, so please tell us.
I do not know anything about coffee. Is that a problem?
It is the opposite of a problem. Tell us what you normally drink, even if it is a gas station latte with three sugars, and we will find you something close to it. Nobody here is going to make a face.
Is the concha as good as my grandmother's?
No. We are not going to sit here and tell you it is. It is very good and it is not hers. We are at peace with this.
Do you do decaf?
We do, and we make it with the same care as everything else. Decaf drinkers get treated badly at a lot of shops and we think that is silly.
Can I bring my dog?
On the patio, absolutely, and we will bring water without being asked. Inside we cannot, and it genuinely upsets us to have to say it.

Take some home
Four coffees, one from each farm we buy from, roasted here.
Every bag is 12 oz. Tell us your brewer at the counter and we will grind it for you, or take it whole and do it yourself.
